We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2025 Seoul World Convention on North Korean Human Rights, the largest-ever international gathering on this critical issue. The Convention will bring together distinguished experts from Korea and abroad, along with members of the North Korean defector diaspora from more than 30 countries.
Dates: October 22–24, 2025 (Wednesday–Friday)
Venues: The Plaza Hotel Seoul, Seoul Plaza
Co-Hosts: NGO Council for North Korean Human Rights (NCNKHR), Human Rights Foundation (USA)
